WHERE CAN I FIND MY GIFT CARD?

Your gift card would have been sent to the email provided at checkout. Please check your spam and junk folder in case this has landed there.

CAN I CHECKOUT MY LOCAL CURRENCY?

Yes! Customers can pay with their local currency by updating their currency preference at the top of the website. Any refund returns will be issued in the currency used at check out and gift card returns will be issued in AUD.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS?

We only accept one payment method at check out in addition to any applicable gift cards. Just redeem your gift card at checkout and you will be prompted to pay the remaining balance with an alternative payment method.
