If your order has already been dispatched, you can request a redirection via the AusPost app.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS
Customers can update their address through DHL On Demand.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD
Customers may be able request an address update with their local postal service once the parcel has arrived in their country. We can't guarantee that redirection is possible, so we recommend triple-checking your shipping address before checking out.
Please note that requesting a redirection may affect your delivery estimate. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and a redirection is unsuccessful, Afends and the carrier are not responsible, and you will not be eligible for a replacement order or refund.
