For all orders shipped to Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe, all duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees when your order is delivered.

If you live outside of Australia or the countries mentioned above and are not required to pay duties or taxes at checkout, please be aware that your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are separate from your order total and are unfortunately out of our control. They’re typically based on your country’s import regulations and the value of your order.

As the customer, you are responsible for being aware of and paying any applicable customs fees or taxes. These charges are not included at checkout and are not covered by Afends.

If you choose not to pay duties and your parcel is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the value of the products only, less any shipping fees paid at checkout. Additionally, a $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will only be processed once your parcel has been received back at our warehouse or once we receive confirmation that it has re-entered Australia.
