Our customers will receive a return label at the final stage of the return booking.

Steps to return once booked: 

1. Ensure the items being returned match the return booking and are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition & packaging.

2. Package items for return. Reuse the Afends satchel or any other bag or box available. 

3. Print and tape the return label to the parcel, covering any previous shipping labels. No printer? The post office can print the label for you.

4. The parcel can then be dropped into any local post office box.
