Any additional duties and taxes assessed by international customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer.
Head to our returns centre here and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Your eligible item(s) will be available to return, just select the item(s) you need to return from here, select your reason for return, and then choose your preferred refund method.
Once your return reaches our international sorting facility, we’ll begin processing your store credit or refund.
Important note: When your parcel arrives at the international sorting facility and is scanned, the tracking will update to “delivered.” However, this means it has arrived at the first checkpoint—it still needs to go through processing before we can issue your refund or credit. We appreciate your patience during this time.
