The courier will always do their best to leave parcels in a safe and secure location. If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven’t located it yet, we recommend checking the following areas:
Your letterbox
Around the front of the property — over the fence, behind bins, in garden beds, plant pots, or near air conditioning units
Mailrooms, reception desks, or building lobbies
With a household member, building manager, or neighbour
If the parcel can’t be found in any of these places, we kindly ask that you contact your local courier directly. They’ll be able to provide more detailed information about the delivery location or confirm if it may have been mis-delivered.
Should the courier confirm in writing that the parcel was mis-delivered, please forward that information to our customer service team — we’ll be more than happy to assist you with the next steps.
