Refunds are eligible for full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your goods. We will deduct shipping fees from the amount refunded (see fees in our Returns & Refunds section). 
Please note: Refunds are not eligible for sale items, only store credits.

To receive a refund, you need to lodge your return and enter the email address used to place your order. Your eligible item(s) will be available to return, just select the item(s) you wish to return, select your reason for return, and choose the option ‘refund.' You will then be issued with a pre-paid postage label to attach to your parcel to lodge at your nearest post box.

Depending on your payment method, the funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back into your account. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of store credit, credit card, PayPal, or AfterPay, then the value paid on each method, will be returned back to those methods accordingly.
