While we do offer the ability to return your item if you are unhappy with it, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges or size swaps due to the limitations within our current returns system. This is something we are actively working on and hope to introduce within the coming months. Since we can't guarantee that your desired size will still be available when we receive your return, we recommend opting for store credit instead. Once you receive your store credit, you can use it to purchase a different size.


Here's how to process your return:

1. Head to our returns portal here and select the items you'd like to return and select store credit as the preferred refund method.


2. Package up your items and use the shipping label provided to send back to us.


3. Once we have received your package we will process your credit, which you can then use to purchase another size or item. 


Unfortunately, if you choose to return an item purchased during a sale, we are unable to offer the same discounted sale price if you are looking to exchange your item for a different size once the sale has finished.
