Please note: Return of sale items are only eligible to be returned for a gift card, and will be charged for the return postage fee. Please see the fees listed below.

This includes items from the marked down sale section and items purchased during sale promotions. All sale item returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving the goods via our online returns portal.

You are also more than welcome to return your online purchases to any of our Concept stores.

Rest of World: Fees vary depending on location (this will be outlined when processing your return)

Due to the increased volume, please allow up to 7 business days for your sale returns to be processed once received back at our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept returns on underwear & intimates. All products must be returned following our regular returns conditions (unworn, unwashed, all tags still attached, and in original packaging).
