Please note: Return of sale items are only eligible to be returned for a gift card, and will be charged for the return postage fee. Please see the fees listed below. Exchanges or refunds are not available for sale items. 

This includes items from the marked down sale section and items purchased during sale promotions. All sale item returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving the goods via our online returns portal.

You are also more than welcome to return your online purchases to any of our Concept stores.

Australia: $10 AUD

New Zealand: $20 NZD

United States: $20 USD

Canada: $25 CAD

Europe: €20 

United Kingdom: ￡20

Rest of World: 

Our carrier doesn't currently support returns from the rest of the world, so if you are located outside of the countries outlined above, please know that you will be responsible for paying for your own return back to our warehouse in Australia, including any taxes and duties associated with this. Once you have lodged your return, our return address will be sent to you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Due to the increased volume, please allow up to an additional 5 business days for your sale returns to be processed once received back at our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept returns on underwear & intimates. All products must be returned following our regular returns conditions (unworn, unwashed, all tags still attached, and in original packaging).
