Full Price Items: If you opt for a store credit, you will receive FREE RETURN SHIPPING.

Sale Items: Sale items are only eligible for a store credit, minus the return postage fee as outlined below. To receive a store credit, you need to lodge your return and enter in the email address used to place your order. Your eligible item(s) will be available to return, just select the item(s) you need to return, select your reason for return, and then choose the option 'store credit.' You will then be issued with a pre-paid postage label to attach to your parcel to lodge at your nearest post box.

Australia: $10 AUD

New Zealand: $10 NZD

United States: $20 USD

Canada: $20 CAD

Europe: €10

Your store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days after it arrives back at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 5 business days following sale periods. 

Store credits are valid for 3 years from the issue date and will be issued as an online gift card and sent in a seperate email. All gift cards can be redeemed through our online store and any of our concept stores. Please note that these cannot be refunded.
