If your order is returned to us with a Return to Sender label due to refused duties, unclaimed parcels, or address issues, you have the following options on how to proceed:
- Store Credit: We can issue you an online store credit for the value of the returned items.
- Refund: We can cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note, the refund will be minus the return postage fee, as listed below, and will not include any original shipping fees paid.
- Reshipment: We can resend the order to a nominated delivery address you provide. You will need to supply full address details including name, unit/apartment number, street number and name, suburb/town, city, postcode, and country.
