WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS RETURNED TO SENDER?Updated an hour ago

If your order is returned to us with a Return to Sender label due to refused duties, unclaimed parcels, or address issues, you have the following options on how to proceed:


  1. Store Credit: We can issue you an online store credit for the value of the returned items.
  2. Refund: We can cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note, the refund will be minus the return postage fee, as listed below, and will not include any original shipping fees paid.
  3. Reshipment: We can resend the order to a nominated delivery address you provide. You will need to supply full address details including name, unit/apartment number, street number and name, suburb/town, city, postcode, and country.

New Zealand: $10 NZD
United States: $20 USD
Canada: $20 CAD
Europe: €10 EUR
United Kingdom: £10 GBP
