WHY IS MY TRACKING SHOWING AN ESTIMATE OUTSIDE THE DELIVERY WINDOW?Updated 14 days ago

The delivery estimate shown on your tracking reflects the latest expected delivery date, but please note that this can update as your parcel moves through local sorting facilities.

While we aim for all orders to arrive within the time frames outlined in our Shipping Policy, occasionally, parcels may be impacted by unforeseen delays. These can include things like severe weather events, high seasonal volumes, customs processing (for international orders), or unexpected disruptions within the courier network.


That said, your parcel should still arrive within the estimated time frame, unless it's travelling to a remote or regional area or has been affected by one of the above situations.

If your tracking hasn't updated after the following business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier on your behalf:


  • 5 business days – Express Australia

  • 8 business days – Express International

  • 10 business days – Standard International
