Returns for a gift card or standard can be changed up until the return has been processed. Once these have been processed, we are no longer able to update this. Please reach out to us here to update the return booking.

If you simply wish to keep your items, we also ask that you reach out to our customer service team so we can close your return and refund you the returns label price if you were required to pay.
