Returns for a gift card or standard refund can be changed up until the return has been processed. If you would like to edit your return, you will be able to via the return confirmation email. If you want to change your refund method, you will have to cancel your return and re-lodge it with the correct method. Once these have been processed, we are no longer able to update this. Please reach out to us here to update the return booking.

If you simply wish to keep your items, we also ask that you reach out to our customer service team so we can close your return and refund you the returns label price if you were required to pay.
