If you think you have received the wrong item, please head to our returns portal here and enter in the order number and email address used to place your order.
You will lodge return under the reason 'incorrect item received' and select your preferred refund method. You will be prompted to upload clear digital images of issues found for the team to assess.
Once you have lodged your return, the return status will update to 'return pending approval,' and our team will review and approve your return within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you will then receive an email with your free returns label.
Our team will then reach out to confirm your address for the correct item to be sent out as soon as possible.
