Rest of the World:

• Free store credit returns
• Standard refunds incur a return postage fee that is specific to your country, which is for the use of our return label. These fees are listed below.

United States: $20 USD
Canada: $20 CAD
Europe: €10 EUR
United Kingdom: £10 GBP

Please note: Return of sale items are only eligible for store credit, and will be charged for the return postage fee. Please see the fees listed in our Returns & Refunds section. This includes items from the marked down sale section and items purchased during sale promotions.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges or size swaps due to the limitations within our current returns system. This is something we are actively working on and hope to introduce within the coming months. Since we can't guarantee that your desired size will still be available when we receive your return, we recommend opting for store credit instead. Once you receive your store credit, you can use it to purchase a different size.
