Instant refunds with Refundid (AU Only)

• Processed instantly to a nominated bank account, minus the return postage fee

• Not eligible for exchange orders or purchases made with a gift card

• If the return is not posted within 7 days, Refundid will reverse the instant refund

Standard Refunds

• Processed to the original payment method used to place the order, minus the return postage fee. This is processed once received back to Afends.

• Once issued, standard refunds take 2-5 business days to reach the original payment method. 

• If a combination of a gift card and an alternative payment method has been used, the refund will be processed back onto the alternative payment method and any remaining balance is returned to the gift card.

• Refunds can only be issued back onto the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Store Credit

• Processed onto a gift card that is sent in a separate email, once received back to Afends. 

• Once issued, the gift card can be redeemed at checkout, by simply pasting the code into the ‘Discount Code’ bar.

• Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges or size swaps due to the limitations within our current returns system. This is something we are actively working on and hope to introduce within the coming months. Since we can't guarantee that your desired size will still be available when we receive your return, we recommend opting for store credit instead. Once you receive your store credit, you can use it to purchase a different size.

Please note that once you have lodged your preferred refund method in our returns portal, we can no longer change this to an alternative option. Please ensure you have selected the correct method.
