Exchanges

Our Return Policy offers 1 free size exchange per order. After 1 exchange has been completed & returned, a credit can be issued to put towards a new order.

Standard exchange:

Processed once the return is processed back at our warehouse or international sorting facility.
Head to our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.

Instant exchange (AU only):

Processed immediately once the return booking has been confirmed.
Shipped with standard shipping in line with the same day dispatch cut-off.
Head to our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.
If the items booked for return are not received within 14 days, the full amount will be charged to the nominated debit/credit card.
Any additional refunds and gift cards will be issued within 1-2 business days of the return parcel reaching us.

Standard Refunds

Processed to the original payment method used to place the order, minus the return postage fee. This is processed once received back to Afends.
Once issued, standard refunds take 2-5 business days to reach the original payment method.
If a combination of a gift card and an alternative payment method has been used, the refund will be processed back onto the alternative payment method and any remaining balance is returned to the gift card.
Refunds can only be issued back onto the original payment method used at the time of purchase, this can not be updated.

Gift Cards

Processed onto a gift card that is sent in a separate email, once received back to Afends.
Once issued, the gift card can be redeemed at checkout, by simply pasting the code into the ‘Discount Code or Gift Card’ bar.

Please note that once you have lodged your preferred return, if you would like to edit your return, you will be able to via the return confirmation email. If you want to change your refund method, you will have to cancel your return and re-lodge it with the correct method. This can not be amended once your return is processed.
